At Harsha Movies, we strive to make your movie experience smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free. Please take a moment to read our Cancellation & Refunds Policy so you know what to expect in case of cancellations, errors, or issues.

1. Ticket Cancellation & Refunds

  • All ticket bookings are final.
    Once a ticket is booked and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded by the user.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Missed shows
    • Incorrect bookings (e.g., wrong movie, time, or date)
    • Late arrivals or denied entry due to age restrictions

2. Show Cancellations (By Us)

If a movie show is cancelled by the cinema or platform due to technical issues, operational problems, or any unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

3. Payment Issues or Failed Transactions

  • If your money is deducted but your booking isn’t confirmed, don’t worry.
  • Such failed or partial transactions are usually automatically refunded and Credited to your Original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you don’t receive your refund in that time, please contact us with:
    • Transaction ID
    • Date & time of payment
    • Amount deducted

4. Duplicate Bookings

  • If you accidentally made a duplicate booking for the same seat and showtime, please contact us within 30 minutes of booking.
  • Post 30min, No Refunds.
  • If verified, we’ll try our best to issue a refund.
  • Refunds will be Credited to your Original payment method within 5–7 business days.
