1. Booking & Payment
- All movie tickets can be booked online through our official website.
- Ticket prices may vary depending on the movie, timing, and seat category.
- Payments are accepted via secure online payment methods (debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, etc.).
- Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of your e-ticket via SMS or email.
2. E-Tickets
- You will receive your e-ticket via email and/or SMS after completing your booking.
- Please show the e-ticket (digital or printed) at the cinema entrance for admission.
- Do not share your e-ticket with anyone else to avoid misuse.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once a ticket is booked, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, except in special cases (like show cancellation).
- If a show is cancelled due to technical reasons, weather, or other issues from our side, we’ll issue a full refund.
4. Age Restrictions
- Some movies may have age restrictions (U/A, A-rated, etc.) as per the censor board.
- Please carry valid ID proof if you’re booking for restricted-age movies.
- Entry will be denied if you don’t meet the age requirement, and no refund will be issued.
5. Late Entry
- Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before showtime.
- Entry may be restricted once the movie starts, depending on cinema policy.
6. Changes to Showtimes
- Occasionally, showtimes may change due to unforeseen reasons. If this happens, we’ll notify you and help with rescheduling or refunds where applicable.
7. User Responsibility
- Ensure your booking details (movie, date, time, seats) are correct before payment.
- We are not responsible for tickets booked with incorrect information.
8. Fair Use & Misuse
- Any fraudulent or suspicious activity (fake bookings, unauthorized access, etc.) will lead to immediate cancellation of tickets and may result in legal action.
- Don’t use bots or automated tools to book tickets.

- Your personal details are safe with us. We only use your information to confirm bookings and improve your experience.
